All the horses we purchase at the sales "on Spec" are re sold at cost price. No profits, expenses or commission are added to the purchase price of the horse if the horse is trained by Ann, a 10% commission will be levied on the value of any horse in the event of it leaving the yard. The prices charged are subject vat, sales related charges, transport, insurance, training/keep of the horse from time of purchase to re-sale will be added.
